There are shoes, and then there are Angela Scott shoes - crafted with purpose, designed with attitude, and built for those who love to mix strength with feminity. I’ve been a devoted fan for over 10 years. I first met Angela in 2012 at her boutique on Melrose in Los Angeles. I saw a woman wearing kick-ass loafers and asked, Where did you get those? So, off to the boutique I went. If there’s one thing I know, it's that these aren’t just shoes—they’re a conversation starter, and for me, they’ve become a collector’s item.
Angela Scott’s ethos resonates deeply with me—she designs for women who lead and for women who appreciate a little edge, attitude, and artistry. The more I learned about Angela Scott, the more loafers were unboxed in my closet. I admire the power and playfulness of her shoes, and her colors are a real show-stopper, in my opinion; and I can’t leave out the classic elegance yet modern vibe. I like this quote from Angela: "I have always been interested in how powerful shoes can be, how empowered they can make you feel. Shoes are the defining accessory upon which we can stand tall and proud."

Angela Scott is all about the details - take a peek at her logo on the sole; each pair is a mood booster with a sassy personality. I’m sharing my collection and fun videos at the end of this post—a blog from the past.

This was my first pair; it might be hard to see, but tiny dried flowers are embedded into the shoe. Angela, bring these back!! I believe that Angela’s brand is a style that plays by its own rules. They’re not your traditional loafers; they have bold colors and details that make each pair feel like a work of art- well, in my eyes, they are a work of art. I plan on collecting as long as she’s designing. They really do stand out in a crowd.
*Every year, I add to my linen shirt collection for summer, usually from Uniqlo - they wear well, hold up over time, and won’t break the bank. Black Socks / Silk Skirt

These boots are still a fav! I get stopped every time I wear them. I don’t see them on her website in the boot section, but I found a pair on Poshmark - Mr. Dean Double Monk.
Handcrafted in Portugal, these shoes aren’t just purchases but investments. Twelve years later, my Miss. Buttons still look incredible. When I wear my AS shoes, I get dressed from the ground up; the shoes spark my style for the day.
